Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using WhoAmIVibes ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, upload restrictions, or account suspension.

WhoAmIVibes explicitly prohibits NSFW and sexually explicit content generation. Our platform does not support, allow, or enable the creation of such content.

2. Prohibited Content — Uploads

You must NOT upload content that contains or depicts:

NSFW (Not Safe For Work) — sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, or sexually suggestive material.
Sexually explicit content — pornography, sexual acts, or graphic sexual imagery.
Sexually suggestive content — undressing, twerking, suggestive poses, or content intended to arouse.
Violence, gore, or graphic harm.
Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
Personal data of others without consent.
Illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

Required: Upload only social profile screenshots or images you have the right to use. The Service is designed for personality analysis based on your own social media profiles.

3. Prohibited Content — AI-Generated Outputs

WhoAmIVibes uses AI to generate personality cards and visual content. You must NOT attempt to:

Generate or request NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive images or content.
Use prompts, inputs, or workarounds intended to produce prohibited content.
Share, display, or distribute AI-generated outputs that violate this AUP.

Important: We use content moderation to detect and block prohibited uploads. AI-generated outputs are produced through API-gated models with built-in safety filters. Violations will result in content removal, upload bans, or account suspension.

WhoAmIVibes provides a custom interface built on top of third-party AI models to deliver personality analysis and visual card generation. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AI model providers.

4. Consequences of Violations

We may, at our sole discretion:

Remove or delete violating content.
Issue a warning for first-time violations.
Temporarily disable your upload capability (e.g., 24 hours) for repeated violations.
Permanently suspend your account for severe or repeated violations.
